Taking on an assignment is a huge deal.  Producers and directors expect our talent to conduct themselves in a professional manner as well as take direction from your new assigned staff.  We understand that artists like to bring their opinions, ideas and cutstomary work style when they go to studios, however you are now employed by that production company and are under their guidelines, rules and regulations so take direction and do it with a smile. We love when we get call backs from our executive producers telling us how much of a delight our talent was.  We make it a point to send them out on assignments as much as possible. Based on the budget our vocalists, actors and models are paid between $70 - $400 an hour so everyone's time is valuable.
